About Sarah Barlow

Smiling woman with straight dark hair in a black and white portrait.

I bring over 15 years of experience as an educator in New York City and New Jersey, working as a kindergarten, first grade, and inclusion teacher supporting diverse learners.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from New England College and a Master’s degree in Early Childhood and Special Education from Fordham University.

As both an educator and parent of a neurodivergent child, my work is deeply personal. My own experiences with ADHD, anxiety, auditory processing challenges, and learning differences give me a unique understanding of how children experience the world and how to support them with empathy and compassion.  I believe behavior is communication, often reflecting unmet emotional, developmental, or sensory needs.

My goal is to help families better understand their children, create supportive environments where they can thrive, and feel empowered navigating school and home life with confidence.
