Initial 30-minute Consultation:

  • Discuss your concerns and goals – We'll review your child's educational challenges, current supports, and your priorities to identify the areas where advocacy may be most beneficial. 
  • Review records and identify key issues – We'll discuss relevant evaluations, IEPs, 504 Plans, progress reports, or school concerns to help pinpoint strengths, needs, and potential areas of concern.
  • Personalized advocacy recommendations and next steps – Leave with a clearer understanding of your options, practical action steps, and recommendations for moving forward.


Family Coaching & Advocacy:

$120 per session


  • Personalized Home & School Strategies – Receive individualized recommendations to support your child's emotional regulation, learning, communication, independence, and engagement across home, school, and community settings. 
  • Customized Support Tools & Accommodations – Guidance on practical supports such as visual schedules, first-then boards, sensory tools, flexible seating, organizational systems, behavior supports, and environmental modifications that can help your child be more successful throughout the day. 
  • Building Consistent Routines & Positive Support Systems – Learn strategies for creating predictable, supportive routines at home, reducing stress during transitions, increasing cooperation, and promoting skill development through consistency across environments. 
  • Collaborative, Child-Centered Problem Solving – Ongoing support tailored to your child's unique strengths, challenges, learning style, and goals, with recommendations designed to empower both parents and educational teams to work together effectively.


IEP/ 504 & Evaluation Reviews:

$175


  • Personalized IEP/504 Meeting Preparation Document – A customized document designed to help you feel informed, organized, and confident before your child's IEP, 504, eligibility, reevaluation, or school planning meeting. 
  • In-Depth Review of Educational Records – Careful analysis of evaluations, progress reports, IEP goals, accommodations, service recommendations, teacher input, and other relevant documents to identify strengths, concerns, patterns, and areas that may warrant further discussion. 
  • Individualized Recommendations & Advocacy Considerations – Thoughtfully developed recommendations for accommodations, modifications, services, supports, goals, behavior interventions, communication supports, executive functioning strategies, and placement considerations based on your child's unique needs. 
  • Meeting Talking Points & Key Discussion Areas – Guidance on important topics to address during the meeting, questions to consider asking the team, and evaluation findings that may be important to emphasize when discussing programming, services, and educational planning. 




The "Liam" Package

$495/month


  • Weekly Private Coaching & Advocacy Calls – Dedicated time each week to discuss concerns, problem-solve challenges, and create a clear plan for supporting your child's success at school and at home. 
  • Priority Text Support During Office Hours – Direct access to advocacy guidance when unexpected situations arise, helping you respond confidently and make informed decisions. 
  • Tailored Resources & Documentation Support – Personalized materials, advocacy tools, meeting preparation resources, and recommendations aligned with your child's specific needs and goals.



“Back of House” Support Package:


$100/ week


Sometimes the hardest part of advocacy is what happens between meetings.

Whether you receive an unexpected email from school, need help preparing for an upcoming IEP meeting, have concerns about your child's progress, or simply need a sounding board, you'll have direct access to support when questions arise.

Includes:

  • Unlimited text support during designated office hours
  • Phone support during scheduled availability
  • Help interpreting school communication
  • Guidance on IEPs, 504 Plans, evaluations, accommodations, and services
  • Real-time problem solving for challenges at home or school
