Family- School Liason
- Guide parents through IEP and 504 processes, including meeting preparation and follow-up
- Provide clear explanations of accommodations, services, and educational rights
- Support effective communication between families and school staff
- Assist in identifying students who may benefit from additional evaluation or support
- Collaborate with staff to develop and monitor individualized support plans
